[The Sonido Kongress] The idea of experimenting with sounds started way back in 2003. It took 2 years for Deco and Roderick to finally decided to turn the idea into a band and in 2005 they recruited Julian (ex-Inhale drummer) thus Vex was formed.
It was not until they recruited Ivan (a first-timer vocalist) in 2006 that they really started playing in gigs and battles around Kuching. Finally in 2008 a new member Ahim (playing the synth, knob and pads) completed the line-up.Considering all the changes and challenges that the band went through VEX decided to change its name to "The Sonido Kongress". A new chapter for all the band members and here-after there will be changes on sounds and arrangement.
CACOPHONY is the single ep from The Sonido Kongress already charted on Cats Expose chart for 2 weeks. So keep it up guys.
