The Sharpest is a modern alternative band,was formed in 2010 in while still studying in Mukah Polytechnic. They have been through a variety of names before settling on The Sharpest in 2011.

This band's brand of music has been drawn from such bands as The Strokes, Meet Uncle Hussein, Monoloque and Radiohead. The Sharpest recent works is based on a composition of religious, matter of lifes lyrics and try to fuse them with the modern music
